Join us for the first annual Race to Rally Hope

Welcome to the 2010 Race to Rally Hope website where you will find race details, information on Kiddos’ Clubhouse Foundation, and how YOU can be an important part of this annual event as a sponsor, participant and/or volunteer.

The 2010 goal of Kiddos’ Clubhouse Foundation seeks to provide $80,000 in scholarships to support Georgia families and children with special needs. Scholarships are awarded quarterly and assist families in obtaining necessary therapeutic services or equipment that they cannot otherwise afford.

Both the 5K and 10K courses start from the North Point Village Shopping Center (New Balance parking lot) off Northpoint Parkway in Alpharetta, GA. The Race to Rally Hope is a certified Peachtree Road Race Qualifier.

Race Day Schedule - Sunday, October 17th

6:45 a.m. – Race Day Registration and Pre-Registered Number Pickup
8:00 a.m. – Kids ½ mile Fun Run start (children 10 and under)
8:30 a.m. – 5K/10K Run start
9:45 a.m. – Presentation of Awards

We are excited to announce that running legend Dick Beardsley will be joining in our first inaugural Race to Rally Hope event weekend. After a stellar athletic career including winning several prestigious races and the famous “Duel in the Sun” finish to the 1982 Boston Marathon, Dick’s triumphed over multiple injuries and prescription drug addiction. Dick has become a passionate, inspirational and riveting speaker who will not only be running with us on race day, but will be sharing his emotional story of strength, perseverance and HOPE at the Pre-Race Dinner at Alpharetta Presbyterian Church on Saturday October 16, 2010. Seats are limited to the first 125 people and cost $15 per person.
